Vaginal Dryness
Vaginal Dryness is a condition in which the vagina fails to produce enough fluid to keep it sufficiently moisturised especially before and during sexual intercourse.
Dryness during intercourse will result in excessive abrasion and will cause sex to become either uncomfortable or even outright painful.
Apart from lubrication during sex, an absence of sufficient mositurising fluid in the vagina will result in a loss of elasticity and the vaginal walls becoming thinner and weaker. Further irritation and an embarrasing itchiness may also be experienced.

Traditional treatments for low estrogen levels are hormone replacement therapy type treatments which are mostly prescribed as either injections and oral or vaginally inserted tablets.
2) Personal Hygeine. Douche water, soaps, bubble baths and intimate fragranced products can also cause huge problems below. All of these are capable of either causing vaginal dryness or aggravating the problem.
Should you already suffer from vaginal dryness then the above items should be used sparingly and should be specific products that are have been thoroughly tested and which do not provide vaginal irritaion.
